This is a well-loved classic, adapted to fit our modern crêpe cakes.
The crêpes are flavored with unsweetened cocoa powder and a touch of cherry extract.

We fill the many layers alternating between a delicate, whipped chocolate cream, tiny sweet dark cherries and whipped cream.
Topped with more chocolate cream, whipped cream and chocolate shavings to resemble the traditional cake.

Our crêpe cakes are close to 9 inches wide and made with 24 paper-thin crêpes with neat edges for a sophisticated look.
Our fillings are delicate, moist, full of flavor without being overly sweet.
One cake makes about 10-12 adult servings.

We deliver them in their container, so you just need to store them in the fridge and eat within 3-4 days.
