This is the place to start if you like simple things and never had a crêpe cake before.
This is the foundation for most French crêpe cakes with a vanilla infused pastry cream and vanilla crêpes.
We also add whipped cream into the pastry filling for a lighter effect.
Finally, we top it with a light layer of sugar which we caramelize.

For a bit of a twist, we can add a fruit flavor and we encourage you to serve with extra, matching fresh fruit on the side.

Our crêpe cakes are close to 9 inches wide and made with 24 paper-thin crêpes with neat edges for a sophisticated look.

Our fillings are delicate, moist, full of flavor without being overly sweet.
One cake makes about 10-12 adult servings.

We deliver them in their container, so you just need to store them in the fridge and eat within 2-3 days.
